Takata Green Land (Kumotori Onsen)

Description

Takata Green Land is a rural onsen destination, a relaxing retreat on its own, but also good to stay for those walking on the Kogumotori-goe and Ogumotori-goe sections of the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route (Nakahechi). It is ~30 minute ride by free shuttle bus from Koguchi.

Please enjoy your relaxing stay, surrounded by lush green mountains, in the off-the-beaten-path Takata settlement.

IMPORTANT: If you are walking the Kumano Kodo, in the "Select" section "Shuttle Transport", choose "yes" then "15:00~17:00 Koguchi", when making the reservation selection.

Children, Toddlers and Infants
● The price for Children(7-11)/Toddlers(3-6) includes child meals and bedding.
● If a toddler(3-6) does not need meals or bedding, only a facility fee 1,100 yen will be charged.
● If a toddler(3-6) needs only meals, then 5,500 yen will be charged, and if only bedding, then 3,800 yen will be charged.
● There is no charge for infants(0-2) who do not require meals and bedding.

For the shuttle from Koguchi, please call the hotel from the payphone across the street from the Minakata shop near the trailhead of the Ogumotori-goe.

Free Shuttle from Koguchi to Takata Green Land is available between 15:00 (please no earlier) and 17:00.
