The hosts were really friendly. Meals was delicious. The room was pretty big (specially as I was travelling alone).
The accomodation is pretty easy to found and just next to the trail so really convenient.

Review: A beautiful traditional Japanese home to stay in

This is a wonderful place to stay if ever you have wonder what it would be like to have a traditional Japanese country home. The proprietors were very welcoming and the food and facilities provided were excellent. The proprietor is also a guide for the Kumono Kodo trail and has a very good understanding of the trail in his area. Great place, loved staying there and would like to come back one day.

Review: Very comfortable guesthouse with lavish dinner.

We loved the location of Minshuku Momofuku, so close to the trailhead for the epic Koguchi to Nachi hike. The accomodation is immaculate and incredibly comfortable... not to mention, spacious! It was the perfect place to recharge and replenish (the dinner was HUGE) and we slept so very well. Our hosts were kind and attentive, but unobtrusive. A great experience.

Very passionate old couple. The rooms are very warm, clean and tidy. The food is very rich, the amount is sufficient, the lunch is good.

Review: lovely traditional accomodation

The owners are really nice and the house very traditional. I really loved it. Also the food was very, very delicous! I would always stay again.
