Beautiful ryokan, beautiful baths
Wonderful and picturesque stay along the river. Meals were delicious and prepared with care. Baths were amazing!

An authentic experience in a traditional ryokan
This was a perfect stay for a traditional experience of a Ryokan in Japan! We particularly enjoyed the onsen by the river (with a shovel!) and the ryokan's open air onsen. The dinner and breakfast were a true experience into japanese gastronomy. The ryokan was really well located in the center of Kawayu Onsen and the free shuttle was really convenient.

Wonderful Ryokan Experience!
Such a welcoming and wonderful place to stay. Most wonderful outdoor onsen and we got to go into the river as well to see the fresh hot spring water come out. It was beautiful and welcoming.

Great location and nice room
The location of the hotel is amazing, right next to the river and the thermal baths. The room was great and everyone in the hotel was very helpful.

Amazing Ryokan
