Hackberry Heim EⅡRA is a set of holiday-apartments on the outskirts of Shirahama next to the Ezura beach. Each cottage-apartment is two stories, with a living area on the 1st floor and the sleeping room on the second floor. The living area offers a sofa, table, mini-kitchen, toilet and bath; covering all the necessities of a self-contained stay. It is popular with families and couples looking for privacy and the freedom of a fully furnished lodging. The name is a combination of ideas: “Hackberry” is a character in the owner’s last name, Heim is the German-based word for “home”, and EⅡRA is the name of the nearby beach ‘Ezura’ (the two capital “I” are the roman numerals for the number two with is roughly pronounced as “zu”).

On the outskirts of Shirahama Onsen, discreetly nestled in the forest at the base of a small hill is Choseian.  Modelled after classic Japanese countryside home architecture, this facility offers a relaxing opportunity for a retreat from the rigors of daily life.

Hot-spring accommodations throughout Japan are required by their municipal governments to charge an onsen tax equivalent to 150 yen per one adult per one night.

It is located to the south of the Shirarahama beach, famous for its white sand.

Kishu Shirahama Onsen Musashi is a major hotel in the beach hot spring resort of Shirahama on the west coast of the Kii-Hanto peninsula. 
It is located on the north side of the white sand Shirarahama beach, a one-minute walk. 
The lofty entrance has a water fountain and is lined with bamboo trees creating a traditional Japanese atmosphere. 
This hotel is a set of buildings with a variety of rooms mostly Japanese style with a few modern western-style rooms.
