Minshuku Ryujin is a family owned three bedroom guesthouse just south of Ryujin Onsen. It is built on the steep river bank at the confluence of Hidaka-gawa and Komata-gawa rivers. The dining room is on the first floor (level with the road), and the guestrooms and hot spring baths are on the lower two floors. All rooms have views onto the river. This unique location, friendly service, and delicious meals make a stay at Minshuku Ryujin an immersive off-the-beaten-track experience. The owner’s son runs a tiny Izakaya restaurant nearby (the only one in the area) for those who prefer to eat outside of the guesthouse.
