ありがとうございました
今回の旅行は移動時間が長く、熊野を楽しめる日が1日しかなかった為、ツアーがあって大変助かりました。 お陰様で長年訪れたかった熊野三山をお参りする事ができました。 ツアーの「決済完了のお知らせ」メールで、 「ご旅行日当日は、下記マイページ にログインの上、「予約と支払い済み証明書」と「行程表」 をプリントアウトして、ご利用施設へご提示ください。」と記載してあったので、印刷していました。ただ、施設とはどこの事を指すのかわからず、当日バス会社窓口へ出してみると、チケットを求められました。 「手配完了のお知らせ」メールの方に記載のあった、チケットの印刷をすっかり忘れてしまい、臨機応変に対応していただきましたが、窓口の方にはお手数をおかけしました。 この様な抜けた者もいるので、チケット印刷と提出先の内容を、最後のメールにも記載いただくとありがたいです。 熊野本宮神社は参道も長く、またその時間たまたま社務所も行列があった為、ちょっと満喫できずにバスへ戻りました。 個人的にはプラス10分ぐらい滞在できるとありがたかったです。 和歌山県は広く、魅力的なところなので、次回旅行する際は、ぜひゆっくり滞在したいと思いました。 お世話になりました。

Bus sightseeing
This was a great way to see all the temples, in air-conditioned comfort while travelling between the sites. We ate lunch early (around 11am) at a local restaurant. We would have preferred to eat lunch an hour or two later. It was unfortunate that there was no English translation on the videos on board the bus. We also would have appreciated an English guide, even if the bus tour cost more to provide an explanation. Overall, a great tour.

Nice short trip.
The trip was very interesting but the time at the different locations was to short. It was rush and hurry everywere. Make the trip one hour longer. And why not bring us back to Shingu?

I Would Recommend this Tour

Travelling Blind
The places we visited were all incredible in many different ways. The difficulty with the tour being totally in Japanese for English speaking people was that at the stop we thought was for the Nachi Falls, it wasn't, meant my friend returned late and missed the bus. Luckily, when we did stop at the Nachi Falls the bus driver quickly went back and collected my friend. It also wasn't clear what time we had at the different locations until we arrived. I suggest that there is clear information when booking what each stop is and how long we will stop for.

時間がもう少しあれば
運転手さんもとても良く、行きたかった所にも行けてとても良かったです。ただ時間がタイトで特に那智の滝では急いで降りてまた登って写真数枚撮って急いでまた登ってだったのでとても息が切れました。ご年配の方には厳しいのではないのでしょうか。ツアーの時間があと30分から１時間あったらどこでもゆったり出来たと思いました。でもとても良いツアーでとても楽しめました。お世話になりましたありがとうございます。

A very special day!
Having looked forward to this sightseeing tour, I was amazed that I was the only passenger on the day! It was impressive that the tour company honoured the booking for one passenger. Even more impressive was the professional bus driver who made sure that this (non-Japanese speaking) solo passenger had sufficient time at each of the sights and was expert in communicating.

楽しめました
よかったところ 1ガイドさんが添乗していなくても、映像と音声ガイドが工夫されていて分かりやすかった。 2あわせて運転手さんの補足説明が味わいがあって親しみが持てた 3紀伊勝浦駅からの特急発車時刻を意識して行程管理しているところが安心できた 改善できたら良いところ 1昼食が11時前に設定されており、ホテルでしっかりと朝食をとった方には、食べ切れないと感じた 2各観光地での見学時間について、+5〜10分あると余裕を持って楽しめたと思う。出発時間を15分早め、食事(弁当)を車内飲食にすれば対応可能と感じた。

楽に早く移動できました。
昼食付きで熊野三山を効率よく観て回ることができました。 1点ご提案として、バリアフリーへの配慮を求めます。特に青岸渡寺。別料金でよいので、たとえば土産物屋の駐車場から寺の駐車場まで、シャトル便を走らせることを、検討してください。高齢の参加者の方が、おひとりは土産物屋で待機、おひとりは大変苦労しながら表参道を登っておられましたが、階段を登って寺につくと、駐車場があり、他のツアーではワゴン車でのぼってきていました。 ホームページの案内にも、参拝にはかなり階段を登ることを、もう少しわかりやすく書いておく必要があると思います。

A Wonderful Day Trip with Wonderful People
My full satisfaction from meeting the lady greeting me and exchanging ticket at the station, and, the nice driver guiding me all day long. It's a great day for me, though weather was bad. I know much better the Kumano Kodo after this day trip. Please accept my big thanks for your kind arrangement.

熊野巡り
バス車内での観光案内は、参考になって良かった。 三ヶ所回るツアーで非常に助かるが、それぞれ観光時間が短く、じっくり観光出来なかった。 バスは少々スピードを出しすぎで、特に細い道ではヒヤヒヤしっぱなしだった。

車内TVでの説明は分かりやすくてよかったです。 しかし車内で、目的地まで「ここから約何分です。」とか「階段がずっと続きます。」と一言欲しかったです。 バス停から入口が見えない場合は場所を簡単に教えて頂きたかったです。しかも当日は朝から最後迄大雨で視界も悪く、初めて訪れる私たちは雨に濡れながら、入口を探してウロウロしてしまいました。 また昼食のお弁当は全てを食べるには多かったので、めはり寿司２個とおかず少し等にして費用を安くして頂ければ食品ロスも削減出来、お財布にも優しいと思います。 コロナウイルスの影響か連休中にも関わらず乗客は1／3程で席もゆったり使え、バスの運行も予定通りでしたが一言の心遣いが無かったことが残念です。

1.定期観光バスの乗車券について、当日バスの乗務員に提示すれば良いと勘違いしていたので、乗車券に提示場所を詳しく記載していただけたら良かったと思います。。(他にも同様な乗客がいました。) 2.定期観光バスの乗車券について、当日窓口にスマホ画面を提示すればＯＫとのことであったので、提示したところ、「プリントアウトしたものは有りませんか？」と困惑されていました。(窓口の方は、スマホ画面をメモされていました。) 3.バスの乗務員の方は、親切でアナウンスも分かりやすく、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

Highly recommended
For those who wish to see many sights within a short period, this tour is for you! The starting and ending times of the tour have been timed to fit the JR train timings, which i greatly appreciated given that I traveled from Osaka for a day trip. The driver was on time and really friendly, and instructions were always clear. Highly recommend to those who don't have much time in Japan but still wish to make a day trip to the Kumano region to see sights like Nachi falls and the Kumano shrines!

Hope to return to Kumano Sanzan
I am happy that I was able to take part in this tour. My wife liked the kind and warm hospitality of the local people. I forgot my package of ume in the bus, the bus driver knew it belonged to me and waited long to find me as I passed by on the way to Wakatake minshuku. On my next trip I will plan to visit this area again.

Fantastic!!!
The route is excellent and complete. The drivers are perfect and very helpfull even not speaking english language. The communication is perfect. The lunch very good. A very very good experience. Totally recommended.

Two thumbs up
We really enjoyed the sightseeing tour despite there having no English guide. It was slightly difficult because of the language barrier but our driver went above and beyond by looking for a colleague who had some knowledge of English to explain the day's itinerary to us. Our Japanese tour mates were also quite friendly and helped us out as much as they could.

A great way to see a lot of the area in a short time!
This tour included all the highlights of the area, so had a fair amount of travel on the bus. But it had great scenery, was comfortable with lots of bathroom stops and a brief luncheon stop with a nice lunch! Prompt departures, so we were on time for everything. Wish we could have skipped something to spend more time at the Grand Shrine, as it was too rushed.

Great way to see Kumano Sanzan in one day
The tour covers a lot of ground. I was a little worried about getting lost or left behind since I only speak/understand a little Japanese. However, the driver of the bus was very patient and helpful!

Convenient way to visit Sanzan shrines
It was so much easier to see the shrines this way. I travel a lot by bus and it would have been hard to come up with a bus schedule. Turns out that I was the only person and they took care of me. I understood about half of the videos because of my limited Japanese. Best to do a little research if you only speak English.

Fun bus trip
We boarded the bus at Yunomine Onsen and had a fun day visiting the 3 grand shrines. There was only 2 other people on the entire bus trip with us, so it felt relaxing. The driver was accommodating to our lack of Japanese language and assisted us to navigate the lunch arrangements. The lunch itself was excellent and much grander than the 'lunchbox' I was expecting. We exited the bus at Kii-Katsuura, with the driver again making sure we found our hotel ok. I highly recommend this service and bus trip.

Excellent short tour but no English information provided
We took the tour from Kii-Katsuura and there were only 6 passengers. There was q constant commentary on passing each point of interest but it was all in Japanese only. The bus driver was helpful but only spoke Japanese. We were aided by a fellow passenger who happened to speak English. We understand that most tourists will be Japanese but if there is a desire to extend this tour to English speakers on a regular basis then at the very least a brochure in English should be made available. The falls, the pilgrim road, the shrine and the temple are all beautiful and we recommend the tour.

Very satisfied with the Kumano Sanzan Circuit Tour
We had only a day to try to see the three Kumano shrines, so were delighted to find this tour. The bus was very comfortable and we had enough time to see each site. We also enjoyed our lunch box meal. Thank you!

Brilliant and interesting day
It was a small group in my tour which made it more personal and even though the driver didn't speak English he was extremely accommodating and helpful. Lovely part of the country to explore.

An excellent day trip!
It was wonderful to be driven to each temple to visit them, with a stop on the actual kumano kodo stone path. We enjoyed collecting the stamps from temples on my travel sheet and receiving small gifts along the way was a special treat. It was nice to drive through those areas we had read about on the web site such as Yunomine onsen, etc. Our lunch was very good. On the bus the video provided some information however the bus driver spoke only Japanese so we missed out on his explanations. However we were lucky that another traveler spoke some English and gave us crucial info such as what time to return to the bus and where it would be parked and she sometimes summarized in one line what he has been talking about while on the bus. We really enjoyed our day. Thank you

It was great but it will be a good idea to let at least 1h00 to visit Hongu Naisha grand Shrine because it was very short between the shop visit mandatory + group photo mandatory + all the step. and on the description of the sightseeing on your web site you should explain that we have gift to collect on each temple. when you are foreigner we didn't know that.
