Our luggage was delivered safely to all our accommodations along our different stops along our Kumano Kodo hike. No problems at all. Very reliable service. Just don't remove the luggage tag that they put on your luggage.

Reliable and efficient
Had our luggage picked up at the Kii-Tanabe station before the first bus left for the trailhead. Used the same service for 4 days from Kii-Tanabe to Chikatsuyu to Yunomine to Koguchi to Kii-Katsuura with no issues. The luggage was always there when we arrived. Great service.

A tiny point is that it would have been helpful if Kumano Travel had communicated to us that we just leave the luggage in the big visitor's centre by the start of trail. We went in, and asked what to do and they told us so it was all fine, but it would have been nice to know in advance. Maybe it was somewhere on the site but I couldn't find instructions.

Effective and Efficient Service
We used this luggage shuttle throughout our journey and never had any issues. They met us right at Kii Tanabe station and we were greeted by the service right in front of the tourism office once you go through the station doors. It was literally a weight off our shoulders!

We did not meet the driver, but our luggage was waiting for us at the right location, despite my husband leaving a note on the cases giving them the wrong destination! Luckily, they ignored his wrong information and took it to the correct minshuku instead - excellent service.

Luggage
We had a little bit overpacked, so had to put the small suitcase and small extra bag together in 1 flightbag to make it 1 item, because we booked for just 1 suitcase each. That seemed a bit strange to me, because one couldn’t roll the handluggage suitcase. Other tourists had much larger suitcases. But later I packed them together so one could roll the small handluggage suitcase. Which was not clear to me in the beginning. But the service was great!

Seamless luggage transfer
We were met at the station as planned. After checking our list of accommodations against their list, we were pointed to the bus ticket machine. Our luggage was waiting for us each day as we arrived at our accommodation. The service was just amazing. I highly recommend using it rather than lugging around a heavy pack!

J’ai eu recours au service En-Joy Uso pour chacun des 5 jours du Kumano-kodo-Nakahechi. Le service a été littéralement impeccable. Avec même une belle surprise, on m’attendait à la gare de kii-Tanabe au lieu de la descente du bus à Kojiri. Soit un vrai plus qui évitait une valise dans un bus bondé. Smooth sailing
Used En-Joy-Unso for 3 transfers. Very satisfied. On day of departure from Osaka to Kii Tanabe, the limited express train I was supposed to take was apparently full when I tried to buy tickets just before. Had to take the next train. Called En-Joy-Unso and managed to rearrange the pick up timing for my luggage to follow the next train instead, which was a huge relief. Luggage was transferred from accommodation to accommodation without any issues. Was at the accommodation by the time I arrived at 3pm daily.

Our bag was picked up right in front of the Tanabe Tourist Information Center, which is conveniently also where we picked up our bus to Takijiri Oji. It was easy and convenient! Because we started the hike from Nachisan, walking in the reverse direction to most hikers, there was no labels ready for our luggage transport at our initial accommodation at Mitaka Sanso, but the lodge manager sorted this out and all transfers were carried out as scheduled.

● 当日のキャンセルやお約束の時間を過ぎた場合、料金の払い戻しはいたしません。
● ご予約確定後にお荷物の個数を減らしたり、搬送区間を短縮する場合、料金の払い戻しはいたしません。
● お荷物の個数を増やしたり、同一の荷物搬送業者にて区間の延長をした場合、発生した差額を追加料金としてお支払いいただきます。
● 予約変更に伴い同一の荷物搬送業者での手配ができない場合は他の荷物搬送業者を手配いたします。この場合、最初の予約は一旦キャンセルとなり、既定のキャンセル料をいただいたうえでご返金いたします。それから新規ご予約として新たに別の荷物搬送業者の料金をお支払いいただきます。
