野中エリアにある熊野古道ウォークに便利なお宿です。
中辺路の野中エリアの熊野古道のすぐ近くにお宿がオープンしました。熊野のパワーに魅かれたオーナーが、ご縁があって東京からIターンされ、はじめたお宿が「熊野古道 古民家宿HAGI」です。
以前は商店だった建物をリフォームされております。
山の斜面を利用して建てられているので、２階3階への客室への階段はまるで忍者屋敷！
お客様と地域といろんなご縁をつなげていきたい、また、お宿で色々なイベントをしたり木工品をつくりたいとオーナーの無限の夢が広がる、将来楽しみなお宿です。
熊野古道からも近く、ウォークの拠点としても大変便利です。

Could improve
The place was a bit difficult to find. While walking the Kumano route you fist come across the annexe which is not clear it is the annexe. There are some small signs to the inn in the road below but the signposting could be improved. Room and bathroom facilities were acceptable but lacked a bit of privacy. The BBQ was good but not ideal not to have any carbohydrate between 2 days of serious walking

熊野古道中辺路を歩く際の中間地点に継櫻王子を選び（近露王子近辺では翌日の熊野本宮大社到着が遅れて夕方の新宮駅発の特急に間に合わない）、中で予約の取れた宿の中からこちらを選ばせていただきました。 インバウンドの方の利用が多いと宿主さんもおっしゃってた（実際、歩いていても日本人より圧倒的に外国の方が多かった）、お宿は日本風で和室に布団ですが、お風呂はシャワーのみ、夕飯は海鮮多めのバーベキュー、朝食はクロワッサンとおかずプレート、どの国の方でも馴染みやすい内容でした。 お弁当がバターロールのたまごフィリング、ハムとチーズ、焼きそばをそれぞれ挟んだもので、おにぎりだと食べてもらえるか不安で、という優しいお気持ちが伝わってきました（焼きそばパンは関西の発想かな？私は好きです）あとはバナナと日本のお菓子、アルフォートやブラックサンダーなど行動食に喜ばれそうな内容でした。 朝6時半朝食開始なのですが、事情をお話しして6時に朝ごはんを出していただきました。おかげで13時半に本宮大社着、無事新宮駅から帰途に着くことができました。

Room clean, bathroom and toilets clean. Eating area left a lot to be desired as did the greeting when we arrived. Cooked our own food on a grill which was fine but the grill could have done with a good clean. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly and easy going owner!
Hagi was a really nice person! He even gave us advice on how to do our route for the next day and indications on where to start the treck for the nexts stamps. The food was really really good, he did a barbecue for us which was really tasty and the onigiris the next day were delicious.

Kumano kodo inn Hagi
We had a delicious meal and comfortable night. the bathrooms were super clean and new. It was a bit difficult to find as we were on a path above it and there was no obvious sign fr the Kumano Kodo Inn Hagi - just many signs with Hagi on them so it was hard to know where to fgo. When we found it the only reason we knew it was the right place was because there were packs just inside the door indicating other guests staying.

Excellent kumano kodo stay.
I enjoyed staying at the Kumano Kodo Hagi Inn. The check in was very easy and the shower was hot with excellent water pressure. The food was delicious and the view was very pretty. I would recommend staying here!

Disappointing
We were very disappointed with Kumano Kodo Inn Hagi. The room was not clean, had a stained sheet and a bad smell and there was no lock on the door. The person meeting us on arrival, we assume the owner, was not at all friendly and didn't provide any information apart from the time for dinner and breakfast. The common area was very cluttered and resembled a garage full of junk more than anything else. The dinner was a barbecue that we cooked ourselves inside the common area, with all the smoke going up into our room, explaining the bad smell. The smoke detectors clearly were not functional, which is a bit of a concern. The only positive with this guesthouse was that the toilets and shower room were newly renovated. We do not feel this guesthouse lived up to the standard that Kumano Kodo Travel should strive to uphold, and it was definitely not worth the money charged.

Tasty BBQ meal!
Very cute and small little guesthouse, one of the first ones you encounter when reaching town. For supper we each got a large variety of meat, fish, seafood, and veggies to cook up on a charcoal grill while visiting with the others staying here. Clean and hot showers. The owner was a little gruff and a man of few words but he took good care of us. Check in early is not available, but it's not hard to hide your bag from street view here and wander around until 3pm.

Not good
The owner was straight-forward rude. Not that shoes, you sit here, I tell you when to come to dinner. You are basically confined to the room because there is not much else space. And in your room there is stuff stored, so even that doesnt feel as if it is yours. Since the rooms are kind of stacked on each other, all the smoke from the dinner-stove goes to your room. Bath and toilet are ok though. Food is DIY-Barbecue. Didnt like it, was happy when I could leave, wouldnt do that again. The price is an absolute shame.

Right on the trail with fun communal meals
The Hagi Inn is right on the trail and was a great stop after a 15 km hiking day. The host provides a lovely dinner that we grilled over a fire including delicious vegetables, seafood, and meats. The shared table is a perfect place to meet other guests and we met people from Canada and Norway that we enjoyed seeing again throughout our hike. Breakfast and lunch were also great. The shared shower and bathrooms are nice and clean and we never had to wait for either. The staircase from the rooms to the first floor is a bit steep, but we all did fine with it.

Fantastic time
The owners of the Minshuku were incredible, and treated me with great kindness and hospitality. The dinner was delicious, featuring charcoaled seafoods and vegetables. The room was simple, but had air conditioning. The bathroom was newly remodeled, and the shower was clean and had good hot water. This is the 2nd time I stayed at Hagi.

Very poor
Hagi is well located, right on the trail but the good news stops there. It is small, cramped and uncomfortable. There was nowhere to put our luggage. We reserved two rooms but received only one. It was cluttered and not so clean. Dinner was trays of beautiful ingredients we had to barbecue ourselves - at the right time it might have been a nice experience. But we were tired from hiking and would have much preferred something cooked for us.

Brilliant mountain stay with even better dinner!!
We loved our stay at the Hagi Inn! We walked from Takahara that day which took around 5 hours Greeted with a beer, a comfortable room and incredible bbq dinner! We couldn’t have asked for better The range of produce given to us to bbq at our own table was fantastic. A variety of meat and seafood along with vegetables and other accompaniments was amazing and we will be talking about that meal for the rest of our trip. The Inn was clean and the bathrooms were great. We then had breakfast and decided to get a bento box for lunch on the trail This was a must as there’s no food vendors on the last section of the trail to Hongu. Also delicious! A perfect mountain side stop off

Rainy Day, Warm Welcome

Rustic charm guesthouse right on the Kumano Kodo
Interesting place, with rustic charm interior, very old Japan style. Our room was very nice and spacious. We had to go down very steep stairs to get to the shared bathroom. Dinner was for all guests together around one large table. It was nice to share stories with fellow trekkers. The food was average - a table grill dinner with very meat heavy choices and some vegetables.

Disappointed with this accomodation, from outside I didn't recognise it from the photos. Downstairs was very untidy and dusty with cobwebs. Our room was clean, bedding and towels were clean,, futon was comfortable, the room had a separate little sitting room which was nice to have. The dinner was very good, guests shared a barbecue and cooked to food themselves, it was a fun thing to do

Perfect evening with a sour ending morning
We stayed in the guesthouse with one other couple. We arrived shortly after the first couple and after a brief introduction from Hagi, he showed us our room. The beds were already made and the room even had a nice separate seating area. After a couple minutes he came back and asked us if we would like to join to the onsen. It would be small in the little van with 5 people, but it fitted so we went to Wataze onsen and spend an hour there. It was lovely to relax like this after the first hiking day. Once back at the guesthouse we had a nice BBQ with both meats, seafish and vegetables. Although we were supposed to cook it ourselves, Hagi helped us when we weren't sure how to cook specific items. We were still chatting when Hagi announced he'd go home. With some instructions about the lights and heater he left and we continued a very relaxed evening. In the morning we were supposed to have breakfast at 06:30, all 4 of us were up and running around 06:15, packed and ready to have breakfast and continue the trail. But there was no Hagi and no breakfast. We waited for over an hour and decided to craft our own plan, because at this point we felt we were on our own. Due to a personal situation he couldn't provide breakfast. So although our evening was very nice, I recommend to bring your own breakfast and I would advise the owner to adjust the accomodation price plan to offer only without breakfast. As there is no shop anywhere nearby nor further along on the trail. The first vending machine on the trail is just after Hosshinmon-oji , which is 7km before Hongu and offers only drinks and icecream.

Amazing place with an amazing host
Hagi was kind, hospitable and incredibly generous. He even drove us to an onsen nearby when we arrived, waited for us and took us back to the accommodation afterwards. The dinner was one of the best I’ve had in Japan - so fresh and big quantities too. The house was easy to find after a day hiking, the bedroom was large and comfortable, and Hagi was great to talk to. We really appreciated him sharing his home and culture with us. Thank you for such a wonderful stay Hagi!

Amazing fresh food
Hagi-san was a great host - he drove me and the other guest who was staying to a nearby onsen, which was the perfect way to end a day of hiking. The dinner was incredible: fresh meat, vegetables and seafood were presented for us to grill ourselves, which was fun and delicious. Breakfast was also very good. The room was simple (which is standard for Kumano Kodo lodgings) but comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

Inn Hagi is acceptable
The Inn Hagi is not great. Ther room are on the 2nd and 3rd fllor with steep, narrow and uncomfortable climbs, while the toilets and showers are only downstairs. The chairs in the rooms are uncomforable. The grilled dinner was good. We took the bus the next morning, and while google suggests a 20 minutes walk to the bus station, it turns out that the location is at the start of a short cut that makes it only 5 minutes, and the host directed us on how to find it, which was quite useful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kumano Kodo Inn Hagi. The property was charming. The food was excellent. The smell
The dinner meal was great. However, because it was an indoor barbeque the smoke wafted up to fill the guest rooms and permeated into our clothes and the bedding will an awful smell. Also, there was a lot of clutter inside - needs a big clean up.

Not very good value for money
The room was nice, the meals were decent, and the hosts were attentive - but the accommodation is not centrally located (being outside the nearby town with no shops nearby) and is not especially good value for money (it is, I would say, over-priced by about 4,000-5,000 yen or AU$40-50).

Very nice experience after a lot of walking

Stay in July 2024 not worth it
This was the worst accomodation we had and also the most expensive one. Absolutely not worth is. We paid JPY 30.000,00 and stayed in a house full of insects. The place was a mess everywhere it was packed with all,kinds of things. Although there where insect sprays all,over, it did not work as there where holes in the walls. Dinner was ok although we said we were allergic to mussels, we got a lot which came close. Breakfast many lettuce… the lunchpack was forgotten and we got JPY 800 per person back. It is ok to sleep in a Ryokan or something like that but this place should not be offered, not for this price.

Disappointing
Hagi was my least favorite accommodation in the entirety of my trip in Japan. After a long, hot walk the last thing I wanted to do was cook my own dinner over a BBQ stove. Everybody else at the table was equally disappointed. The stoves also barely worked and everybody at the table left frustrated and hungry. The common area is cluttered and the floor is dirty (bring an extra pair of slippers!). The guestroom and baths are acceptable and basic. But also expensive. The second floor room doesn't have access to the terrace. The packed lunch was rice balls (very bland) and chocolate candies (basic treats you can get at FamilyMart, also they all melted and made a gooey mess of trash and wrappers)

Very Nice couple host and comfortable stay
The location is just beside the kodo and easy to access. Rooms are clean and quite in the night. Meal are fantastic and even the Lunch boxes are perfect. Really recommended.

Overall a good experience
This place feels very much like staying at someones home. The room was nice and clean. In the room there was even a little bookshelf with books in japanese - even without beeing able to unterstand japanese it was fun to take a look. The bathrooms are shared, but new. Due to having just two/three guestrooms it was no problem to use it privately. Sadly Hagi was away during my stay and the stand-in was still a bit inexperienced and seemed a bit unsure in what to do. A very nice and friendly person nonetheless - my request for an early breakfast was accomodated for!

Rustic
The eponymous Hagi is a big bear of a man who welcomes you to this rustic lodging nestled in the mountains. The inn feels very homegrown and in the image of its owner- Hagi who is brusque but not unfriendly. The dining room is a jumbled room with souvenirs mixing with an old sound system and a map with pins showing where all the pilgrims who came before were from. The room was clean, with an air conditioner and a nice shared outdoor deck to rest after a long days walk. The shower and toilet were spotless- great water temperature and pressure. Dinner was a large plate of meats, vegetables and seafood that you cooked yourself on a charcoal grill. Simple but not bad- although I could have done without the hand-sized oyster that Hagi insisted we cook. The packed lunch was rice balls and an excellent selection of Japanese sweets. We took the bus to Hosshimon- the bus stop was about a 25 minute walk downhill from the inn.

This place gave us a very poor impression on arrival. It felt like we were welcomed into someone's garage. The place was a mess. Smelled like burned charcoal due to food prep. Room was fine and the host was actually a lovely guy. Dinner was cooked on open coals in a hibachi and was great. However the overall appearance and smell of burned charcoal was very off putting.

They waited for me!
I showed up extremely late, but they were still waiting for me. I apologized and they said it's ok. They then went on to make dinner for me. The following morning, they made breakfast for me. I then asked if it were all right if I could leave my bag there while I backtracked a section of the trail that I missed the following night, the staff said yes. The to go lunch was good too. I really enjoyed the rice balls and various candy bars.

Just a Bit Smoky
There is a price to pay for wonderful food. Normally I would not want to eat oysters or scallops but the evening at Hagi was a wonderful experience that allowed me to feel comfortable about trying a new food. The only issue was that after grilling our food, the room we were staying in was filled with smoke. It may be a good idea to add fans to push the grill smoke out of the house or have us open up windows in the room before dinner.

Authentic Experience at Hagi Inn, Nonaka

Hagi was a wonderful host. Hagi welcomed us after a long day walking. The food Hagi prepared was wonderful and the beers were a delight.

Great BBQ
Despite looking like a shack, the facilities were fine - very steep stairs - and they arranged to take us to an onset which was a great end to the day. Indoor BBQ was fabulous and nice to do a shared table supper with other guests.

We loved our room at the top of this converted character-filled store. It has a separate lounge area and access to a private balcony with some stairs leading directly to the Kumano Kodo trail. The room was quite cold at night though (we stayed in March). No bath but a decent shower, although that is located on the ground floor so you have to navigate some steep stairs to get there. The downstairs dining room was a bit dirty and seemed to double as Hagi's office as he was doing his paperwork while we cooked our own dinner on the BBQ. Hagi was friendly and accommodating (and gave one of the guests a birthday present) although he wanted us to eat dinner at 520pm which was a bit early and told us we had to leave by 8am even though the check out was supposed to be 9am.

寒かった。着いた時、案内された部屋はエアコンはあるけれど付いてなかったので冷蔵庫のようでした。敷いてくれてたお布団も氷のように冷たかったです。だいたいの到着時間を伝えていたのに残念です。 古民家なので仕方ないけれど、入口すぐの食堂は薪ストーブが暖かくなかったです。スタッフさんが薪ストーブの前に陣どって燃えかけた薪ををいじくりまわすので火が弱くて全然温まらないのです。 お風呂は無くシャワーだけなのはわかっていたけれど脱衣所も寒かったです。 ここは外国人向きの宿だと感じました。

古民家を改装した民宿ですが、水回りは全て新装、部屋も最新のエアコンが付けられるなど不便はありませんでした。 夕食、朝食はボリュームは今ひとつですが、おしゃれでおいしかったです。一つ残念を言えば弁当。おにぎり二つにバナナ＆お菓子少々だったのですが、おにぎりのごはんが生煮え？で半分でギブアップ。

Fun dinner
Friendly host. Dinner was fun to prepare and plentiful - we enjoyed trying new foods and having a meal that was different from the others we had in Japan, and even the picky eaters in our group were happy and had lots to eat. Breakfast and packed lunch were also varied and filling. Spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms.

Hagi San BBQ!
Hagi San cooked us some fancy BBQ. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was the best one. We played cards, and Hagi San taught us some Japanese words. The lunch maybe had too much chocolate? :)

Quaint minshuku with very helpful owner
This is a rather particular minshuku; one needs to climb a long flight of steps to reach one's bedroom. The owner is extremely helpful - he took me by car to the nearest bus stop, 25 minutes on foot away. Dinner was delicious - a Japenese-style BBQ, including oysters, shared with one other hiker. My only quibble is that the bedrooom seemed to be unheated. But the futon cover was quite comfortable and kept me quite warm.

Hagi's Rustic Inn
Hagi has converted a traditional shop and house just off the Kumano Kodo Nakahechi route into a charmingly rustic small inn. The stairs are steep and the rooms traditional tatami where the futons and bedding were clean and comfortable. The main room / dining room is full of an eclectic collection of old items and a welcome wood-burning stove. The toilets and shower are new and provided plenty of space for we five adults. Hagi is a generous host and prepared unfussy but plentiful meals including an indoor barbecue on our second night. He also drove us to an onsen on the first night and provided transport from and to Hosshinmon-oji for a reasonable price, saving us a couple of long bus rides and extra walking.

Nice stay in Inn Hagi
After an exhausted long hiking for 8 hour and 18 km, it is a really nice place to relax. Hagi is very kind and offered a nice drive to 渡瀬温泉 to wash the tiredness off. Also we enjoyed a Teppanyaki with foods from the mountain and sea. The space is very quiet, combined with the onsen, the sleep is splendid.

A look into rural life in Nonaka
We arrived at the Kumano Kodo Inn Hagi wet and tired after a long day. Our hostess was filling in for the proprietor who was away and was gracious and welcoming. Our two rooms were up a very steep and narrow staircase and perfectly comfortable, with good sleeping mats. The communal area was a bit cluttered and did not offer much in the way of comfort. That said the food was good and ample and we managed to dry out and get ready for our next day. This is a fine choice for travelers able to sacrifice some comfort for a chance to be in a genuine rural Inn.

We eat a barbecue for the dinner : so there was smoke everywhere in the house, even in the room so it smells really bad during the night. Our clothes were smelling bad too. The dinner was enormous and really fat. In comparaison, bhe breakfast was light before a day of walk(salad, one egg and one croissant). The owner didn't talk to us at all, which is not the point of guesthouse. We can felt that we were annoying him by being here. But he took a photo of us for his Facebook or whatever before we left... Not appropriate. The lunch was light with two Onigiri and sweets (1 KitKat and 2 bourbons : not really appropriate to hike). We were disappointed because it was an expensive place so we expected more. We don't recommand this place.

Conventient Location
My stay here was comfortable, and food was good (BBQ dinner and a decent breakfast). The host, Hagi, could have been more friendly, although he warmed up. Bathroom is clean and comfortable, although from your room, you have to head down steep stairs if you need to use it in the night. Still a good option for a stay in the Nonaka area.

Decent space, but with room for improvement on the hospitality and food front
Hagi's place was in a great location along the Kumano Kodo and easy to find at the end of a long day of hiking. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom area was nice and modern. Unfortunately however, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. We were not really made to feel welcome, the dietary restriction we had communicated up front was ignored, and in general it felt like we were a burden to the owner (even just asking for drinking water felt like it was too much of an ask). The place has some potential and hospitable service and more balanced meals would have made all the difference. As is, it was not worth the money.

Arriving at Hagi Inn, was met by Yuki who showed us our room which was a traditional tatami spacious room with a great balcony. Later he prepared for us a Hibachi meal with a mix of seafood and meats, an ideal stopover on the Kumano, good shower and breakfast and take away lunch. There are small steep stairs to reach the room.

Thank you Hagi!
We had a wonderful experience at this Inn. Hagi was a gracious host - taking us to the hot springs, preparing the grill for dinner which included a selection of seafood, wagyu beef and vegetables. Great company was had with Hagi and the other guests at the communal table, followed by a restful night of sleep. Thank you Hagi, for this amazing experience!

It's located 20-25 minutes from the bus stop. The common room was not the best, but Hagi-sama was nice. Unfortunately he didn't give us towels because it had been raining and they were wet. To go to the toilet we had to go down a long and narrow stair, which was also not the best. Still, the dinner was very nice and typical.

Very homey. You actually feel that people live in this place.
This place does not have its own hot bath, but they do drive their guests to a proper onsen 10 minutes away. The grilled seafood setup at dinner was the most unique one we've had in all the lodgings we stayed in during our Kumano Kodo. We also like the fact that our hosts also had dinner alongside us. As I said, very homey. They have a washing machine but no dryer. But our room was set up in such a way that it can act as a drying area, so we just set up clotheslines. By morning, our clothes were dry.

Kind and caring owner Hagi!
Enjoyed staying here. Quiet and private guest room with only one other guest room in the inn. The dinner was absolutely amazing, delicious and fun to cook ourselves on the table grills. Generous breakfast and lunch to go. The owner Hagi is kind and sweet. I so appreciated him. He went out of his way to help me and drove me to a bus stop after I missed the bus I was supposed to take and it was another 2 hours until the next one.

Great hospitality
We arrived here in the pouring rain, hours early, and were given a warm welcome by the friendly owner, who had his neighbor drive us to the nearest onsen so we could have a hot bath. Afterwards we enjoyed some tabletop BBQ and a hearty breakfast the next morning, preparing us to hike the trail some more!

A unique experience
The building is set across three levels, with dining space and bathroom on the entry level, then the two guest rooms on staggered levels above. Dinner was a hibachi bbq feast, with my pescatarian preference well catered for (but another guest with a more strict vegetarian preference got the same ‘no meat’ platter). The host, Hagi, also arranged an afternoon trip for us to Wataze onsen which was welcome.

The right mid point place to recharge for Kumano Kodo trail
Hagi is definitely the highlight of this Kumano Kodo trail. Hagi San is very friendly and speak English well. He took us to the onsen nearby which sooth all the tiresome after full day of hiking. The BBQ dinner was very yummy with fresh ingredients. The breakfast with good coffee just provide all the energy for another day of walking. Hagi San also considerately ask our breakfast time to suit our personal schedule. The room and hot shower are just perfect as well. Can’t say enough to recommend this warm place on Kumano Trail!! I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Rustic home with large bedrooms and excellent service
The location was easy to find with the signs the host had put up directing you from the trail. This area was certainly the most remote and rustic of the trip, but we felt very welcomed and getting a drive to the public onsen (Wataze I think?) was actually a highlight of our trip, I'd for sure recommend a public onsen over the private ones if you get the chance. The BBQ dinner of fresh meat and seafood was a ton of food and a great experience.

Very good, but being a minshuku it was very expensive. There was no bathroom, so hagi drove me by car to onsen, but I had to pay additionally. Accommodation and ban gohan were very good, but definitely too expensive. Hagi was nice, friendly and helpful. I had to check out at 7 am.

継桜王子から本宮までの古道歩きをするため、白浜空港から紀伊田辺を経てバスで入り宿泊しました。面倒見の良いオーナーとそれをサポートされている方に大変お世話になり問題なく歩ききることが出来ました。外観とは異なる近代的なトイレ、シャワーでしたがオーナー、サポートされている方のご厚意で渡瀬温泉に浸かることもできました。料理は海鮮鍋でしたが誠に美味しいものでした。また訪れたい宿でした。

Hagi is terrific!
We very much enjoyed our stay at Kumano Kodo Inn Hagi. Hagi is incredibly nice and an amazing cook! He drove us to the local onsen, played great music and served delicious food and drinks. We highly recommend staying here.

Nice new addition to the area
I have stayed at several other places in this area, so I was interested to try this new option. It was a good experience. it was a nice treat to have yakiniku (grilled meat, seafood, and vegetables) on the Kumano Kodo. I didn't use the bath in the inn, but I gave it 5 stars because the owner drove us to a great nearby onsen. The cost was separate, but it was well worth it. The owner was very friendly and is working hard to make a great inn.

Very kind host and wonderful hospitality
The host prepared a delicious and large yakiniku meal for dinner, and very nice breakfast and lunch as well. Incredibly helpful and friendly host, talked with us and other guests for a while, and went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and at home. Drove us to a very nice local onsen as well. House itself was nice as well. Had a very great stay here, and would very much recommend. Thank you so much!!!

継桜王子で滝尻から本宮大社へのちょうどいい中間地点にあります。
夕食は備長炭の炭火焼きの焼き肉で美味しかったです。 オーナーやスタッフの方に親切にしていただきました。また夜の話も面白かったです。 サービスのお弁当がパンであるのをおにぎりに変えられるともっといいのですが。登山なのでパンではきついです。 熊野古道を滝尻方面から歩いてきて、Hagiと書かれた道標を見逃さずに、下の道に降りて、そこから左に50メートルぐらい行ったところにあります。

Great place to stay on kumano kodo
A very nice and comfortable stay during our Kumano Kodo hike. The room was big and spacious. The shower and facilities were super nice, clean and enjoyable after a long hike. Hagi (the owner) was accommodating and very friendly. The dinner served was something very special with amazing sea food and meats that you can cook on the grill yourself. Definitely something what exceeded all of our expectations. We loved the style and the place.
