Renovated Chikatsuyu Guest House with Meals

Harumoni is a renovated traditional house in Chikatsuyu not far from the Kumano Kodo Nakahechi route and 15 minutes walk from Chikatsuyu-oji. The name Harumoni means "grandmother" in Korean. The owner, who loves Korean culture, named the house with the hope that guests would experience the atmosphere of staying in a hospitable countryside grandmother’s house from early 20th century Japan. A small supermarket and shopping area are nearby. There are 2 comfortable Japanese-style rooms for up to 6 people to stay. Three meals are included making it a convenient, comfortable place to stay and prepare for the Kumano Kodo.
