Character Rental House in Shingu
Kamikura Hideaway is an older, refurbished, character rental house is near the base of the sacred Kamikura-jinja shrine where it is believed that the Kumano deities first descended. Tucked away on the edge of the city in a quiet location—“Hideaway” is the perfect name. It has been renovated, but carefully trying to preserve atmosphere of the time frame that it was built, ~50 years ago. The two-story wooden house has a sitting area, Japanese style bedroom, and simple kitchen. No meals are served but restaurants are within walking distance.Private rental. Only one booking per day.

- The number of guests is currently limited to two. Thank you for your understanding.
- Reservations for March, April, May, September, October and November can only be booked for a minimum of two nights stay.
Please make a reservation for a consecutive stay of at least two nights.
