Kumano Nakahechi Enjoyment Inn Chrisgawa is a peaceful, private guesthouse close to Kumano Kodo trailheads. The name "Chrisgawa" is a play on words for the place name, "Kurisugawa," making it easier to remember. Takijiri-oji is just 4 minutes away by car, and Takahara is 8 minutes—both ideal starting points. Shuttle service is possible by advance request when the reservation is made. There are five guest rooms convenient for solo travelers, families or groups. Only a "no meals" plan is available, but a complimentary breakfast is provided. A supermarket is nearby, and there is fully-equipped free-use kitchen. It's a reasonable, convenient, comfortable stay for Kumano Kodo hikers.
