Description
Central Chikatsuyu Lodging
Minshuku Wago is conveniently located lodging a minute's walk from Chikatsuyu-oji shrine. The name "Wago" translates literally as "peaceful meeting" and reflects the owner's wish for guests to relax, interact and create once-in-a-lifetime memories. The owner hails from Osaka originally, but has lived in Canada and China, and fascinated with the Kumano Kodo decided to open a lodging in Chikatsuyu along the Kumano Kodo. The building, once a small local factory, has been transformed into a comfortable, refreshing inn. There are Western and Japanese-style rooms and a dormitory. For dinner, guests can be treated to Osaka-style specialty "okonomiyaki," a pan-fried meal with batter, cabbage and other ingredients. Minshuku Wago is a great option for Kumano pilgrims.
※ Breakfast is a choice between Japanese-style curry or Western.

Type A Type B Type C Type D Type E Vegetarianism is not common in the Japanese countryside. Please double-check the Vegetarian Type which the service provider can accommodate to make sure that it meets your needs.
