Description
Iseji Beach Stay
Nestled just steps from the sea, this small family-run kominka guesthouse makes a perfect base for walking the Iseji route of the Kumano Kodo — just 15 minutes on foot from the station, where nature and everyday life meet in easy harmony.
The historic farmhouse has been carefully restored using recycled and reclaimed materials, creating a nostalgic, calming atmosphere that feels like coming home. Guests often praise the comfort of the natural linen bedding, and eco-friendly toiletries reflect the family's quiet commitment to the ocean environment.
Meals are prepared with organic ingredients, with a focus on wholesome, nourishing flavours. The kitchen specialises in vegan and vegetarian cuisine, and the hosts are happy to adapt to a variety of dietary styles and preferences — please let us know your requirements at the time of booking.
A private guest kitchen is also available for those who prefer to self-cater, making it a great option for longer stays too.
Accommodation is limited to one group per night.
