Yururiya is a cordial home stay in the outer reaches of the historic Asuka village.
The hospitable and adventurous Era family moved to this rustic 250 year old home to begin a new life based on the simpler aspects of life such as farming and community.
The small settlement is perched on the side of a mountain high above the valley floor, making getting there half the fun! The views are fantastic!
The mouthwatering homemade meals are based on their own organic vegetables and game meat from hunting.
The house is two stories, with a large loft-like area for guests to sleep. A feature window offers views of the distant mountains is also popular with guests.
