Minshuku Mihama is a family run guesthouse on route 42 along the Shichirimihama coastline. It is run by a friendly family who loves fishing. Almost everyday they are casting their lines in the Pacific Ocean which sweeps along the beach bringing a diversity of sea life. Much of their catch ends up on the table for supper! In the entrance you can see their family competition with a list of who has caught the largest fish of each species. The dining room and shared bath facilities are on the main floor with the Japanese style rooms upstairs.

Ryokan Minshuku Hamanoya
Hamanoya Ryokan is a family-run business-type accommodation near Kii-Ichigi train station on route 42 in the middle of Shichirimihama.
The owner family has orange orchards inland. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean from there, you can see the lodging along the beautiful seashore, giving it the name "Hamanoya" which means "Beach House" in Japanese.
A cafe and a shared bath on the first floor. The Japanese and western style guest rooms are on the upper floors. The western rooms have ensuite bath and toilet.
The owner makes dishes with fresh fish from the near sea and fresh vegetables from his own field.
