The guestrooms are Japanese style with shared facilities such as communal baths and toilets. The Onsen water is smooth and silky. Meals are served in the first-floor dining room. The hotel is popular with people who enjoy outdoor activities, such as swimming at the beach, cruising around on a rental bicycle, or going for a hike on a section of the Kumano Kodo Ohechi route especially the Nagai-zaka section.
