Please note:
Nara Kotsu bus service between Gojo and Totsukawa suspended on Route 168
Due to a landslide and resulting road closure, the Yamato-Yagi–Shingu Line bus service is suspended between Oto Onsen Yume-no-Yu and Totsukawa Onsen (as of July 7, 2026).
■ Hongu / Shingu ⇔ Gojo / Yamato-Yagi Bus Connection (Updated: 26 July 2026)
From 26 July 2026, a temporary Totsukawa Village shuttle bus has begun operating to bypass the road closure on the Yamato-Yagi bus route.
This temporary service restores bus connections between Hongu / Shingu and Gojo / Yamato-Yagi.
- The service operates daily, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
- The temporary village shuttle bus is free of charge.
Passengers can transfer between the Nara Kotsu Bus and the complimentary temporary village shuttle bus between Totsukawa Onsen and Totsukawa Village Office (Yakuba).
