Planning to Use Our Daily Luggage Shuttle Service?

If you are planning to use our Daily Luggage Shuttle Service, please request it at the same time as your accommodation booking with KUMANO TRAVEL.

You do not need to decide the exact pickup and delivery locations yourself. Based on your KUMANO TRAVEL accommodation bookings, our staff will adjust the pickup and delivery locations as necessary.

 

Booking conditions

• The Daily Luggage Shuttle Service is a separate service when booking accommodation. If you have booked a Dynamic Package (DP), the Daily Luggage Shuttle Service is already included and no additional request is necessary.

• Daily Luggage Shuttle Service arrangements are available ONLY when the accommodation at BOTH the pickup and delivery locations has been booked through KUMANO TRAVEL.

• We cannot arrange the Daily Luggage Shuttle Service for accommodations booked through other websites or travel agencies.

• We cannot arrange pickup from locations other than accommodation facilities booked through KUMANO TRAVEL, except for Kii-Tanabe Station.

• If you change your accommodation after requesting the Daily Luggage Shuttle Service, we will adjust the luggage delivery arrangements according to your updated reservation details.

• If you are not using the Daily Luggage Shuttle Service, please use Next-day or Later Shipping Options to send your luggage.

Important deadline

• The Daily Luggage Shuttle Service must be requested at least 20 days in advance.

 

If you need to book directly

• For requests made less than 20 days in advance, or for accommodations not booked through KUMANO TRAVEL, please contact a luggage delivery service provider directly. You can find a list of providers that may accept direct bookings here.
