The Daimon-zaka slope is an ancient stone staircase lined with centuries-old trees, leading from the valley bottom to the base of the Kumano Nachi Taisha shrine complex.
This walk climbs the ancient stone steps to Kumano Nachi Taisha, Seiganto-ji temple, and to the final attraction, Nachi Falls, at 133 meters high it is the tallest in Japan .
Come experience the rich history with the beautiful natural backdrop of Nachi firsthand.
