Punctual, clean and reliable service
We ordered the big taxi for the 5 of us to get from Nachi (where we left our car) to Kawayu onsen before our 2-day Kumano Kodo hike. The driver was there even before the scheduled time, which was very convenient because we were 15 min early as well. The taxi was clean and overall it was a very smooth ride. Very happy to have the possibility to pre-book this service beforehand. This made our Kumano Kodo experience really great. Thank you so much.

We had to skip one day of the hike and were not sure we will be on time for the bus so we used a taxi service. The driver waited for us on time, and even took us to a convenience store to buy food for the day which was very helpful.

我們的行程是從浦島飯店到新宮，要從新宮做公車到熊野本院大社
再從從熊野本院大社到福智院
在福智院兩個晚上之後，要前往奈良
這樣的接送路程，光看地圖就知道是個不簡單的行程
而且這次接送委託
對我們這次的自由行的旅行安排來說，是個只能成功不能失敗的委託
如果委託不順利，我們必須回到新宮站，再搭漫長的JR線回大阪，再從大阪搭乘南海線過極樂橋到福智院

Fantastic private drive from Katsuura Onsen to Koyasan
We enjoyed a fantastic drive from Katsuura Onsen to Koyasan through stunning landscape. We had a very capable driver for the small and winding mountain roads. Spacious and comfortable car.
We can highly recommend this transportation service!

KUMANO KODO WALK
we had three days of visits to the area. The first day, we took guided walk from Takijiri-oji to Takahara. Second day from Hosshinmon-oji to HonguTaisha. The third day, we took a boat ride down the Kumanogawa and took a guided walk to Hayatama Taisha. We also visited the Nachisan. Kumano Tour provided a one stop contact to local tour providers of the area including guides, packed lunch, luggage transfer, taxi etc. It is convenient to book through them. One area they can be of better service is faster response. The guides we had were excellent, They have good knowledge of the area, friendly and flexible. The first guide, Jennifer provided a good explanation of the area, history and geography. The Takijiri-oji hike is a steep uphill climb for the first 1.1km. She was very patient and helpful. The second day was easier walk but longer, The guide Hatsumi provided a 20mins "Forest Bath" experience along the walk. It was a quiet meditation session in the forest.The third guide, Kyoko was the guide for the boat ride and Hayatama Taisha. She stopped at a nice place during the boat ride to play a beautiful flute music. It was memorable .
The rest of the services provided were efficient and without a hitch.

Taxi Service from Katsura to Shingu train station
Thank you for excellent taxi service. This was a 5:30am taxi request because no trains or buses were operating so early in the morning. Our driver was right on time. Very clean taxi. Excellent service to the Shingu train station in time to catch the 6:20am train.

We were very happy with the taxi service that took us from Yunomine Onsen to Daimon-zaka car park. We had limited time and it meant were able to walk up to the shrine and see the waterfall at a leisurely pace rather than rushing to accommodate bus time timetables.
