Authentic
Blue Sky Guesthouse was the perfect place to end our trip in Kumano Kodo. The japanese-style room was extremely comfortable, including the onsen-like bathroom (shower + bath). The host was very attentive and helpful, and we enjoyed a vigorous breakfast.

Very clean guesthouse. Host was helpful and cautious. Dinner and breakfast were good. Tidy and clean rooms and toilets. Laundry available and good dryer.

Excellent and convenient accommodation in Hongu.
We loved everything about the Blue Sky Guesthouse. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and my vegetarian husband was fully catered for. The washing machine facilities were appreciated. Everything was clean and worked perfectly.
