excellent host, really enojoyed our stay there. very tasty, nice and clean place. the host was in touch with us before, informed when they will pick up us, the food and also the lunch with really tasty and nice with a perconal touch.

Pra chegar na hospedagem você combina com o anfitrião um ponto de encontro para ele te buscar no final da caminhada. Ponto positivo: é pontual, atencioso, fácil, uns 15minutos. Ponto negativo: você volta de carro o trajeto que você fez caminhando e na manhã seguinte te levam de volta ao ponto de encontro pra seguir a trilha. Simbolicamente você volta pra trás, mas não atrapalha em nada. A limpeza, a beleza e o silêncido do local, a cordialidade do casal anfitrião, o quarto gostoso com uma cadeira de massagem, com vistas para a montanha, e a comida deliciosa e abundante valem muito a pena. Above and Beyond
This guesthouse was so accommodating. No problem picking us up from bus and taking us to accommodation and to start of hike the next morning. They have laundry equipment, showers and washrooms which are very clean as are the rooms. The food was amazing - fresh and beautifully prepared. It gave us the opportunity to try foods we would never think to order. The guesthouse owners were so kind and I felt they really wanted us to have a nice time.

Amazing authentic stay with local family
The guesthouse can only house up to two groups, it is small and intimate. The hosts are so lovely and can pick you up at the bus stop or in Takahara. I would stay here anytime again. The dinner and breakfast were the best we had on the entire Kumano trip, eating at the host's house next door. The lunch pack was also exceptional.
