automated translation: It was in a prime location—close to the station, close to the Minato Morning Market, and right in the heart of the shopping district. The room was on the second floor, and although it was a bit of a struggle to carry my heavy suitcase up without an elevator, the room was clean, and the shower was spacious and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again when I visit Katsuura.

Nice hotel
It is a small and nice hotel. Our room did not have proper windows so room felt a bit stuff at times.

Great location
Great location and a nice room, but we missed having a window, and there was a slight smell of smoke.

Hotel Charmant - Kii Katsuura
Located just 2 steps from the train station, super convenient. The room is small, very functional, and quiet. We didn't stay long enough to try the food or chat more with the owner, who was extremely warm, smiling, and always ready to help.

Excellent location and thoughtful service
The location is excellent, right between the JR station and the seafood market by the pier. The shopping street is just next door, with many restaurants and izakayas nearby, making dining and exploring very convenient. At check-in, the staff gave me a very detailed introduction to the surrounding restaurants and hotel facilities. They also kindly received my parcel for me. The service was thoughtful and reliable, and I had a very pleasant stay.
