Very Fancy and Welcoming
We got in later than expected into town, and the Kumano Travel reached out and helped us get in contact with the ryokan. They offered to pick us up (super grateful as it was another 0.9km up the road), and help us get settled so we could catch dinner before they closed the kitchen. The food was incredible and set up in a very fancy order. All of the staff were very friendly and answered all of our questions. Onsens were very nice as they had an outdoor and indoor option. They have a private option where you could go with your partner, but we ended up not doing it. They have fun activities like ping pong and had a massage chair that was very much needed at the end of our day.

Loved the onsen and food. Staff were super friendly and hospitable. Great views too.

Nice hotel and delicious food. Great service, the staff is so good and experienced. I was very impressed with their level of service and english. Clearly, a very well trained staff and highly dedicated. Food was amazing.

Paradise
Ryokan Yunomineso was the highlight of Japan. The meals were delicious and memorable, the onsens amazing, the staff helpful and kind, and the rooms and surroundings are beautiful.

Nice ryokan stay at Yunomineso
Food was amazing - dinner and breakfast! There was no shower in the bedroom so need to shower in the onsen area. They have two private onsen rooms. Futon was very thin. All staff were very warm and welcoming!

Cute place with really helpful staff and the Onsen was so lovely after a day of hiking.

Great location, hosts were exceptionally warm and hospitable, very clear with instructions and making sure you are on your way for next day including making sure you had lunch and driving you to the bus stop. Great meals, great onsen. Would stay here again.
