Kiyohime, the name of this guest house, comes from a legend of desire and betrayal along the Kumano Kodo. Kiyohime is the name of the young girl in this historic drama and lived nearby.

◆ For guests arriving at Kii-Tanabe Station on public transportation and requesting shuttle pickup, please enter your planned arrival time at Kii-Tanabe Station in the "NOTE" section.
◆ Kumano Kodo hikers who have requested shuttle pickup in advance can be picked up from the Takahara scenic outlook.
