Inside, you’ll find a display of local children’s mikoshi (portable shrines), giving guests a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage and community spirit of Shingu. There are two western-style rooms and one Japanese-style room to choose from. Guests can rent individual rooms or reserve the house privately. Although no meals are served, guesthouse YUZU is conveniently located just 5 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop, and within easy walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Free rental bicycles are also available—perfect for exploring the charm of Shingu and the Kumano area at your own pace.
