Alongside the rooms, the hotel's dining venue has also been fully renovated and reborn as "Chef's Live Kitchen URASHIMA," reopening August 1, 2026 as the hotel's new standard dining experience. Watch skilled chefs prepare dishes right before your eyes — from freshly cut Katsuura tuna, to original low-temperature-cooked steak and freshly boiled pasta — for a lively, interactive dining experience.
