Description
The dynamic Mr.Tetsuyama welcomes you to your "3rd place" on the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route. Located between the village of Chikatsuyu and Tsugizakura-oji (Nonaka area), it is a convenient place to stop for walkers, and those looking to experience the Japanese countryside.
This campground is a great place to spend the night and experience the atmosphere, culture and hospitality of the sacred Kumano mountains.
This price plan does not include meals or tent.
Children, Toddlers and Infants
● Children (7 to 11) and Toddlers (3 to 6) are the same price as adults.
● Infants (0 to 2) Free if no bedding or meals are required.

Walk-ins on the day of arrival are NOT accepted

You must check in by 5:00 PM
If starting your hike from Takijiri, please begin no later than 9:00 AM

Bath & Toilet: Outdoor Japanese-style toilet and shower space are available
You may also use the bathroom shower and toilet at the reception "3rd place Chaya4"

This plan is only available for guests who bring their own complete tent set
No tent rentals are available on-site
◆ Meals ◆
Guests wishing to have meals should consult with the accommodation staff after arrival
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests during busy periods

● No Meal plans only during Year-end and New Year's holidays (12/30-1/4).
● Shuttle service and same-day meal requests are not possible during this time.

- Campsite guests interested in meals can ask at check-in, but might not be available during busy times. Children meals are the same as adult meals in cost and size.

- ◆ CAUTION ◆In the mountains, it gets dark quickly after sunset, especially along the forested Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route. For your safety, it is highly recommended to properly plan to arrive at your accommodation before sunset.
