The perfect homestay
Such a lovely place with very kind hosts. We loved everything about it. We were even given some free food options though we had only paid for a “no meals” option.

The place is quite small with three single beds in a common room. I was fortunately the only guest. The kitchen is well supplied for preparing a meal and the shower and bathroom were very clean. It was located a short walk from the bus stop.

Mejor de lo esperado
Íbamos sin muchas expectativas después de un día largo de caminata, pero al llegar fuimos gratamente sorprendidos por la amabilidad de nuestro anfitrión, que nos invitó a unas naranjas fresquitas que supieron a gloria. La casa era bastante grande y tenía todo lo necesario, además de todo muy limpio.

台風の最中、熊野古道を経て心身共にくたくたで宿に辿り着きました。素泊まりだったため、レストランやスーパーの営業時間などのアドバイスをいただき、雨でずぶ濡れになった荷物や衣服も洗濯・乾燥ができたので、翌日は心機一転して出発することができました。

Lovely stay and even lovelier hosts.
I stayed one night during my hike of the Nakahechi trail. Hideo and Kumiko were the most wonderful hosts. Their space was well stocked, clean and had everything you would need for many more people. Hideo and Kumiko were very patient with translations to English, and were so thoughtful to see me out when I had to leave early the next morning. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity. Thanks to Hideo and Kumiko for a memorable, warm welcome to this region!
