We bought tickets to the full experience (we found later that local hotels offered discount tickets!). However the submarine excursion was not operating. We were able to get our money back on that part and staff were very helpful in organising that. The aquarium section is very good and well set up. The underwater tower is not so great - some coral and fish can be seen but the reef area is quite heavily damaged. The photo taken at the beginning is expensive. We spent a reasonably enjoyable hour. The free shuttle bus to the station is good but unfortunately the 9.08 bus to the park only runs in summer. We had to take a very expensive taxi from our hotel instead.
