The room and Onsen are fantastic! The dinner has few more slice of beef would be perfect, by the way food’s taste are very good, and service is good. Give an option to have breakfast at 6:30 and shuttle leave at 7:00 would also be great, so it allow an earlier start to Nachi and aloe more time to play visit at Nachi

Request for early morning taxi to go to Koguchi trailhead was unavailable although I read it in a review. We wanted to start early as it is a challenging 18km trek to Nachisan. No luggage service to rooms on 2nd floor. Futons not laid.

Lovely onse - just needs a clean
The onsen was lovely and very useful to be picked up and dropped of at location for hiking. My main complaint is the cleaning of the room, there were cobwebs and dust everywhere. A lot of reviews talk about it being old fashioned but honestly if they gave the rooms a good clean it wouldn’t matter. The vegetarian meals were basic but sufficient.
