Cozy Guesthouse
If you started walking from Takijiri-oji, the turnoff for Tomarigi from the Kumano Kodo is at the Road Junction at the 2.4 K point and then a short 1.5 K/20 min walk down hill towards the village. Pickup can be arranged through Kumano Travel. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a grocery store if you continue walking across the bridge into the village. There is more than enough room for a small group and this could be a good home-base for a couple of days if you are relying upon the local buses to get to the trailheads. The beds are very comfortable and it was nice to relax in the living room with the heated rug.

Tomarigi is a lovely place. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Free to use the laundry machine without charge is a big plus. I had a great stay. Thank you very much.

素泊りだったが、朝食は準備されていた。（パン、バナナ、みかん、ヨーグルト、牛乳、ジュース、など） 食べなかったが、インスタントラーメンなどもあって、夕食も不要だったかもしれない。 自宅のように使わせてもらい、感謝している。
