Having a daily luggage shuttle between accommodations takes a huge burden off your back (and mind)!
The professionals of KUCHIKUMA TRANSPORT have many years of experience and specialize in caring for your big bags so you can enjoy the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage.
Luggage is placed in individual plastic carriers to protect them, keep them from touching other bags, and prevent other items that may fall out from pockets from getting lost.
Guests receive an original luggage tag when the transport is complete.

We intend to treat your luggage with care as an extension of you, utilizing the experience and knowledge gained from working years for a major transportation company. We transport your luggage in a plastic case to prevent it from getting dirty, small items falling out of pockets, or getting wet if it suddenly rains. Depending on the size of the bags, we place it in a special container to avoid coming into contact with other bags as much as possible. A tag with an envelope is attached to your luggage to identify it during transport. The envelope contains a wooden tag with our specially branded Kumano Kodo message as an expression of our gratitude for allowing us to help our customers create wonderful memories during their stay in Kumano. The wooden tag is a kind of talisman blessed at a Shinto shrine to pray for the safety of our customers hiking in Kumano. The design may change slightly depending on the season. We hope you visit again and again, and that choosing our company will be a highlight of your visit. |

● No refunds provided if guests do not meet service provider at the designated time and location.
● No refunds provided if the number of pieces of luggage is decreased or the route is shortened after confirmation and payment.
● An extra fee will be charged if the number of pieces of luggage is increased or the distance of delivery increased.
● Due to reservation changes, if it is not possible to arrange transport with the same provider, arrangements will be made with a different provider. In this case, the first reservation will be cancelled and refunded, and the fixed cancellation fee will be charged if it applies. Then the new arrangement will be processed as a new reservation.
- RESERVATIONS

- ■ Pick-up and delivery are limited to accommodations booked ONLY via the KUMANO TRAVEL Community Reservation System in order to prevent problems such as accommodations refusing to accept luggage or loss in transit due to miscommunication.
■ Daily luggage shuttle service needs to be booked at least 20 days in advance.
