NOTE: Some accommodations are not able to have luggage pick-up, such as Altier Hotel.

Pick-up Location and Times
● Pick-up is from Tanabe accommodation (excluding Altier Hotel, the CUE, etc), by 10:00.NOTE: If Tanabe accommodation is not able to hold luggage in the morning then this price plan may need to be changed to a service provider who meets guests at the Kii-Tanabe station at a set time.

● Please input exact number of luggage to be shuttled.● If there are extra pieces added onsite, extra charges may be added.
Delivery Location
● Drop-off is available at accommodations in Hongu area (eg. in Yunomine Onsen, Kawayu Onsen, Watarase Onsen, etc.)
● Please inform us of where you are going to stay.
Valuables
● No transfer of breakable items available.● Please do not leave valuables in your luggage. Carry them with you.

● No refunds provided if guests do not meet service provider at the designated time and location.
● No refunds provided if the number of pieces of luggage is decreased or the route is shortened after confirmation and payment.
● An extra fee will be charged if the number of pieces of luggage is increased or the distance of delivery increased.
● Due to reservation changes, if it is not possible to arrange transport with the same provider, arrangements will be made with a different provider. In this case, the first reservation will be cancelled and refunded, and the fixed cancellation fee will be charged if it applies. Then the new arrangement will be processed as a new reservation.
