No refunds provided for cancellations on or after the appointed day/time.
Price increases incurred from additional luggage or extension of transport route (with the same provider) will be charged as an additional fee.

Price reductions occurring as a result of reducing number of pieces or from shortening transport route will be refunded.
Price increases incurred from adding additional luggage or from extension of transport route, will be charged as an additional fee.
If, due to reservation changes, it is not possible to arrange transport with the same provider, arrangements will be made with a different provider. In this case, the first reservation will be cancelled and refunded, and the fixed cancellation fee will be charged if it applies. Then the new arrangement will be processed as a new reservation.
A fixed cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds for luggage transport cancellation.
