Same-day luggage shuttle service between accommodations in the Nachisan to/from accommodations in Katsuura/Shingu.
This plan works for those planning to stay and explore the Nachi-Katsuura area, especially those that would like to walk the Kumano Kodo Daimon-zaka route and visit other sites during the day without worrying about luggage.
This luggage shuttle can be done in both directions.

Pick-up Location and Times
● Pick-up is from Nachisan accommodation and Katsuura/Shingu.※ Please leave your luggage at the accommodation.
Delivery Locations
● Drop-off is available at accommodations in Katsuura and Shingu.● Please inform us of where you are going to stay.
Luggage Conditions
Put everything in your bag and DO NOT attach anything such as umbrellas, plastic bags to the outside of your bag.
Additional fee may be charged, if the luggage conditions are not right.

No refunds provided for reducing the number of pieces or for shortening transport route.
No refunds provided for cancellations on or after the appointed day/time.
Price increases incurred from additional luggage or extension of transport route (with the same provider) will be charged as an additional fee.

Price reductions occurring as a result of reducing number of pieces or from shortening transport route will be refunded.
Price increases incurred from adding additional luggage or from extension of transport route, will be charged as an additional fee.
If, due to reservation changes, it is not possible to arrange transport with the same provider, arrangements will be made with a different provider. In this case, the first reservation will be cancelled and refunded, and the fixed cancellation fee will be charged if it applies. Then the new arrangement will be processed as a new reservation.
A fixed cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds for luggage transport cancellation.
