KUMANO TRAVEL

 Description

Takijiri-oji is the spiritual entrance to the sacred Kumano Mountains and the start of the UNESCO World Heritage registered Nakaechi section of the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route.  This is a popular place to start walking. 

Takahara is a ridge top community overlooking the Hatenashi Range. 

● Price is per piece of luggage.
● There is an additional charge for each additional piece of luggage.
● The prices depends on the number of pieces you will be shuttling.
● Please place this price plan into your cart and input the number of pieces of luggage in the request/comments box during the reservation request process.

●　IMPORTANT: Daily luggage shuttle service needs to be booked at least 10 days in advance.

We will confirm the price for you during request processing.
Please give your luggage the Kodo-no-Mori "Anchan" shop next to the Takijiri-oji between 7:00~15:10.

Please do NOT give your luggage to the Kumano Kodo Kan Pilgrimage Center Staff, but DIRECTLY to the luggage shuttle staff at the Kodo-no-Mori shop.

Please do not leave valuables in your luggage. Carry them with you.
● Drop-off is only available at accommodations in Takahara area (eg. Kiri-no-Sato Takahara Lodge, Tenku-no-Satoyama)
