Taxi Service

Meiko Taxi is a transportation company that covers the southern portion of the Kii Peninsula plus Koyasan.  It is based in the Tanabe and Shirahama Onsen area.  They have normal taxis as well as Jumbo taxis. 

Some of the destinations that can be reached by taxi include Kii-Tanabe, Shirahama Onsen, Nanki-Shirahama Airport, Takijiri, Takahara, Chikatsuyu, Hongu area (Kumano Hongu Taisha, Yunomine Onsen, Kawayu Onsen, Wataze Onsen), Ryujin Onsen, Koyasan, Shingu, Nachisan, and Kii-Katsuura.
