Wonderful Onsen Stay with Perfect Location
I had a wonderful stay at Iseya. The onsen was truly excellent — clean, relaxing, and the water temperature was just perfect after a long day of walking. The whole guesthouse felt very clean and well cared for, which made the stay comfortable and peaceful. The location is also fantastic: the bus stop is right in front of the guesthouse, making transport extremely convenient. The surrounding environment is quiet, elegant, and full of charm, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Kumano area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with great service throughout my stay. Even without meals, everything else was so satisfying that I would happily stay here again.

A very well-located and pleasant inn
Conveniently located right in the heart of Yunomine Onsen, the inn was very comfortable and well-run. It offered excellent value for money. We had dinner at the restaurant right across the street, which was very pleasant; otherwise, we would have had no trouble finding something to eat from the inn’s selection of provisions. The onsen was truly delightful and a welcome treat after a day of hiking. The value for money was excellent.

老舗の極上の湯
素泊まりだが、立派な旅館であり､温泉はとても良い。また､亭主と女将の応対もさりげなく良かった。夕食は別の場所で済ませてから来る必要かある。湯の峰は､飲み屋はあるが､食事も食べ物を買うところはないと思った方が良い。曜日によっては､売店はやってるかもしれないが。

Was great to have the onsen after a massive 2 days of hiking. Rooms were big and spacious and so close to everything.
