We found it helpful and easy to navigate. However, we sometimes had trouble finding out the check-in times for the accommodation. It would be helpful if this information could be displayed more prominently in the vouchers/emails sent to hikers. The booking process seemed overwhelming at first but became very intuitive when we sat down for it. We got confirmation well in advance and all the communication was very clear.
