The team also suggested an excellent alternative for Day 1 of the itinerary, which fitted our timings and better. We're very grateful to the team at Kumano Travel who helped us put everything together. They also found us a good choice of accommodation. All the bookings worked perfectly, and I had no issues at all during my trip. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. Dear Kumano Travel Team, The only aspect I think could be improved is the initial response time through the website. It took about a month and a half to receive the first reply, even though I sent several messages requesting information. Once communication started, everything went well, but the initial waiting period was quite long. Second, for people living in different time zones, it can be a bit complicated to make the initial reservations. During our active hours, the reservation system is often closed, which adds some difficulty to the process. Thank you very much for your support and for helping me organize such a wonderful trip.
