Review: Warm host and great food

The clean and spacious room was a great welcome after a day of hiking. Naomi San and her husband also prepared us the e-bike for us to bike to the supermarket. Nice town, serene town, wish we could have more time to cycle and look around the town. The dinner was great. There were 2 different couples together with us and we had great conversation with the hosts and the guests. Great evening and delicious home cooked meals.

Best accomodation that we did on the kumano kodo! Naomi and her husband were friendly, welcoming and agreable. Room very quiet and clean. The food was absolutely amazing! An unforgettable experience!

Naomi and her husband are very welcoming and took care of everything for us. Naomi even took it upon herself to entertain our daughter. The food was great and talking with other guest's at the dinner table was amazing. Thank you very much.

Review: My stay at this guesthouse became one of the highlights of my trip due to hosts' hospitality.

The guesthouse is run by a lovely couple that will make sure that your stay is a pleasant as possible. The facilities are tidy and the guesthouse offers everything you need to rest and relax. The food prepared by Naomi was delicious.

Review: Wonderful stay at a local house

What a joy to stay here! It truly felt like staying at someone’s house, and the owners’ friendliness and hospitality are amazing. The wife speaks very good English and tells wonderful stories. The meals were hearty home-cooked food — not gourmet but delicious. I had the vegan option and it was great!

Great stay during our hike in Kumano Kodo. Very warm welcome by our hosts. The meals were excellent. Highly recommended!
