NICE PLACE TO STAY ON KUMANO KODO HIKE
THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, 5 MIN WALK FROM KIITANABE STATION, AND WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY RESTURANTS. STAFF IS FRIENDLY. WE ARRIVED A LITTLE EARLIER THAN OFFICIAL CHECK IN TIME BUT WAS ALLOWED TO CHECK IN EARLIER. THE ROOM IS CLEAN. THE BATH ROOM IS SMALL BUT CLEAN. YOU NEED TO GO DOWN STAIRS FOR SHOWERING AND BRUSHING TEECH IF YOUR ROOM IS ON THE SECOND FLOOR.

便利で快適、ゆっくり休める場所です。
事前に荷物を預けることができて本当に助かりました！案内表示も分かりやすく、早めに到着した方も先に荷物を預けることができました。チェックイン時にはスタッフが案内と説明をしてくれ、必要な設備もすべて揃っていました。 バスルームのお湯はとても温かく、快適にシャワーを浴びることができました。 唯一の欠点は、キッチンの床が凍っていて少し冷たかったことと、室内用スリッパがなかったことです。 そのため、暖房の効いた部屋に食べ物を持ち込まなければなりませんでした…でも、宿泊施設の本格的な日本的な雰囲気を考えると、この価格は素晴らしいと思います！

At check-in, the staff provided guidance and explanations, and all necessary amenities were available. The hot water in the bathroom was very warm, allowing for a comfortable shower. The only downsides were that the kitchen floor was frozen and a bit cold, and there were no indoor slippers. Because of that, we had to bring food into the heated room... But considering the authentic Japanese atmosphere of the accommodation, I think this price is fantastic!

Nice little guest house
Very basic, very clean & an easy check in. Mother & son team were awesome & very helpful BUT it’s Japanese speaking only; it didn’t pose a problem but make sure you get them to turn the air con on before they leave or you’ll be left to sweat it out on a hot box (the controller is in Japanese). It’s also in a great location & easy to find, very close to train station & buses. Definitely recommend.

The owner of the B&B kindly explained the facilities of the room and the room was larger than expected. The location is on a street with many restaurants, which is a good choice.
