全体的に清潔でしたが、共用エリアは利用しませんでした。 チェックインとチェックアウトはセルフサービスです。通りの向かいにコンビニがあるのでとても便利です！ その夜はぐっすり眠れました！
Google translation: Overall it was clean, though I didn't use the common areas. Check-in and check-out are self-service. There's a convenience store right across the street, which is super convenient! I slept like a log that night!

Room is exceptionally clean; though getting to the fourth floor without elevator is quite challenging with luggage. Would be good if bathroom & toilet are on-suite but both are clean. Check-in takes bit of time and request bit more unnecessary info. Check-out is easier. Delivered luggage was left unattended on 2nd floor (which is the reception area), which is not desirable. Location is relatively close to train station and small restaurants surrounding. The place is in fact right next to the fish marketing, do recommend for an early morning visit while there

The day before we were due to arrive we received an email explaining checkin was online at the accommodation from 4;00pm. This time is too late to check in. We were very wet from walking in the rain all day and could not have a shower and change into dry clothes. I phoned to ask if we could check in any earlier and was told no. A que of people at the accommodation all waiting yo register via the computer. Some people were quite angry. Very impersonal and uncaring approach.
