Hamano is a bento lunch box shop with a history of using local and domestic ingredients. Its main focus is on the seafood that is caught on the rich coastline and makes for a great Kumano Kodo pilgrimage bento!<br /><br />Hamano is located less than a minute's walk from the Kii-Tanabe station. Pick-up from the shop is available from 8:30 in the morning.<br /><br />

<div>The Kii-Tanabe Station store is closed on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays, so delivery will be in front of Kii-Tanabe Station for all reservations those days.</div>
(Service on Sundays and New Year's holidays may also be in front of the station.)<br /><br />Very convenient lunch option to have before getting on the bus to head to the trail.<br /><br />Sorry, no vegetarian bentos are available.<br /><br />

It also features seasonal side dishes, such as mushrooms, bamboo shoots, etc. <br /><br />The Kumano Kodo lunch box is perfect for a walk in the mountains along the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage routes. It can be delivered to accommodations in the Hongu area (Yunomine Onsen, Watarase Onsen, Kawayu Onsen, Ukegawa & Hongu village) in the morning.<br /><br /></p>
