■ IMPORTANT ORDERING DETAILS ■ 

1. This system uses the term "reservation" instead of "order" or "Pilgrim Pack" during the purchasing process.  However, this is not a reservation for a package tour, just the pilgrim pack with printed materials.

2. Price is based on the number of Pilgrim Packs and shipping destination.

3. Make a request using the standard price. The final price will be adjusted when processing.

4. Price includes shipping fees.

5. No refunds or exchanges.

6. Make sure to input the correct shipping address details when making the booking.  We are not responsible for books not delivered because of incorrect information registered.

7. A tracking number will be sent. It is the guest's responsibility to track their package.

8. Signature might be required for some regions upon delivery. (Possibility of being registered mail).

9. If the package is returned to Japan and needs to be shipped again, this cost is the guest's responsibility.

10. If importing customs duties are incurred, this cost is the guest's responsibility.

Pilgrim Pack shipping to the United States are temporarily suspended due to recent changes in U.S. customs procedures for duty-free exemptive parcels as of August 27, 2025. We continue to monitor the situation for changes and will provide updates and hopefully resume sales in the future.
