A very nice pack of information
The map booklets will definitely come along on the trail, and I really enjoyed reading the guidebook, learning about the history of the place, and it's a beautiful and high-quality item.

Very Good Service & Package
I ordered the pilgrim pack online from JP to NL. The package is very well-packaged and it arrived timely. Staff is very thoughtful and the communication in English is very smooth. I am definitely looking forward to Kumano Kodo! ☺️

I can't thank you all enough. From the reservation crew helping me with a 16 hour time difference, the lovely ladies at the counter helping me with plan B and plan C options, bus schedules, train information and so much more. You have curated amazing lodging. You have created an extremely helpful guidebook and other materials I will treasure as mementos of this trip. Thank you for making this experience so magical.

Marvelous trip
I had a fun time doing the Kumano Kodo as a solo traveller and made many new friends. I am satisfied with my visit and I wished to do it again. Just one improvement, some stamps are dried out so I hope it will be refreshed.
