 Description

This is the Kohechi Bus departing from Kamiyu Onsen in Totsukawa Village, northbound for Mitadani / Miuraguchi bus stops near the Kohechi trailhead via Totsukawa Onsen.
The bus follows National Hwy 168 north, then Prefectural Hwy 733 west to Miura-guchi.

⚠️This bus does not go to Nishinaka bus stop!⚠️
 
It is recommended for those who are unable to book accommodation near Miura-guchi and wish to either skip Miura-toge and proceed onto the Obako-toge Pass toward Omata, or stay two nights in Totsukawa Village to walk the Kumano Kodo Kohechi route -- first day walking back from Miura-guchi bus stop, and a second day walking to Omata from the Miura-guchi bus stop. (In the latter case, a bus for each day must be reserved.)

Minimum number of passengers: 1
 
Reservations must be made in advance. This bus is scheduled to operate daily during the season, but will not operate on days without reservations. 

※ Bus type will vary depending on the number of reservations: microbus, jumbo taxi, or standard taxi.
