We loved this minshuku! We had a lovely big room as we were the only ones there. Dinner was beautifully presented and very delicious! Our hosts were very friendly and lovely to talk to! Our beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed wearing the cotton suits. Breakfast was equally as good as dinner and our bento box was very good too.

This place is super cute. The hosts are friendly and helpful and the food is very delicious and homey. The packed lunch is also great! Special shout out to breakfast- so good!!

Review: Wonderful service and perfect rooms!

Thank you for being so gracious when we arrived early and soaking wet! You were very prepared for us and our soggy shoes and belongings. While the bath was very basic, the food was wonderful and very filling. Lovely garden and bonsais!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great meals - almost too much food! And an extra thick futon, which was really welcome by that point in the hike.

Review: Welcoming Place with Excellent Food

The proprietors are a super friendly couple who are very welcoming. The food was fantastic as was the packed lunch. A really nice room in their house on the trail in Koguchi. Highly recommend this place.
