“Hijiri” is a private guesthouse limited to one group per day (up to 6 guests). The house is conveniently located about a 5-minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage site Kumano Hongu Taisha and the historic Kumano Kodo pilgrimage routes, making it an ideal base for exploring the Kumano region or hiking along the Kumano Kodo.
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen freely. It is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and rice cooker, and basic seasonings are also available. A washing machine and shoe dryer are provided as well, making the house especially convenient for guests walking the Kumano Kodo.
The living room features a charming open-beam ceiling, creating a warm and traditional atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy a quiet moment surrounded by nature.
